When life is going well for us, we don’t give it a second thought.  Following a restful night’s sleep, we awaken to each new day looking forward to what it may bring, in terms of challenges, companionship, fun……

Except when it doesn’t.  Because sometimes what is happening in our lives ceases to make us feel good.  And when that happens it can be good to find someone to talk to, in a confidential setting, to try and understand what is going wrong and how to make things better.

Whether you are suffering from anxiety (which can be about anything from exams to sleepovers) or depression, have a phobia that is affecting your quality of life, want to develop more helpful relationships – with people, food, work, alcohol, whatever is troubling you in your life, making an appointment to see me could be your first step on the road to recovery.
